About the application

AI EVENT operates AI EVENT Social to manage its authorized business social-media presence. Team members can organize approved content and connect business resources they have permission to administer. AI EVENT Social is distinct from the public corporate website: aievent.sa provides official company information, while the publishing environment is hosted separately.

The application is intended for authorized business use; it does not require visitors to create an account to read this information, the Privacy Policy or the Terms of Service.

What AI EVENT Social does

Google integrations: Business Profile and YouTube

Google Business Profile: When access is authorized, AI EVENT Social may use Google Business Profile APIs to identify permitted business accounts and locations, prepare or publish business updates, and display publication status. These actions require the Google account holder's consent and appropriate business-location permissions.

YouTube: Where separately enabled and approved, AI EVENT Social may connect an authorized YouTube channel to upload and manage company video content and access permitted channel information. YouTube publication and visibility depend on applicable YouTube API audit and platform restrictions.

Google permissions are requested through Google's OAuth consent process. Google account passwords are not requested by AI EVENT Social for OAuth-based access. The permission https://www.googleapis.com/auth/business.manage is used for Business Profile management functions when granted. YouTube permissions, when configured, are requested separately according to the enabled integration.

Use of information received from Google APIs is subject to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including applicable Limited Use requirements.

Consent, permissions and account controls

• A person must be authorized to manage the company resource being connected.
• The user reviews permissions on the platform's official authorization screen before granting access.
• AI EVENT Social uses granted permissions to perform requested account-connection, media, scheduling, publishing and support functions.
• Platform-specific functionality remains unavailable if approval, permissions or account eligibility are missing.
• Access can be disconnected through the relevant platform's account permissions and, where available, the AI EVENT Social integration settings.

Privacy, data handling and deletion

For permitted functions, AI EVENT Social may process account and business-location identifiers, channel or Page details, authorized OAuth tokens, media, scheduled posts, publication results and permitted analytics. This information is used to operate the requested integration, maintain security and troubleshoot publishing.

AI EVENT does not ask for the connected Google account's password in an OAuth flow and does not sell Google user data. Details about collection, use, storage, retention, data deletion, users' rights and contact information are described in the publicly accessible Privacy Policy.

To request disconnection, data access, or deletion, contact info@aievent.sa. You can also revoke application permissions from your Google account security settings. Revocation ends future authorized access but does not itself delete content previously published to third-party platforms.

Use of the application is governed by our Terms of Service.
