AI EVENT · PRIVACY & SOCIAL PLATFORM DATA

Privacy Policy

This policy explains how AI EVENT handles personal data through aievent.sa, AI EVENT Social, and authorized integrations with social-media and content platforms using official APIs and authorization mechanisms.

Effective / Last updated: 6 October 2026Controller: AI EVENTLocation: Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaOfficial website: https://aievent.sa

Summary: AI EVENT uses official platform authorization flows such as OAuth where available. We do not ask users to give us their social-platform passwords. We do not sell personal data. Connected-account information is used only to provide authorized account connection, publishing, scheduling, media management, analytics, security and support functions.

1. Who we are and scope

AI EVENT (“AI EVENT”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is based in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We provide event, exhibition, production and related business services and operate AI EVENT Social, a self-hosted social-media management environment for authorized users.

This policy applies to the official AI EVENT website at https://aievent.sa, AI EVENT Social, and social-media or content-platform integrations that AI EVENT connects through official APIs or platform-supported authorization methods.

This policy does not replace the privacy policies or terms of the third-party platforms that users choose to connect. Those platforms independently process data under their own policies.

2. Personal data and account information we may process

  • Name, business email, telephone number, company and job title when provided.
  • Messages, project enquiries and information voluntarily submitted to AI EVENT.
  • IP address, browser/device information, timestamps and server/security logs.

  • Role, administrator or permission information needed to confirm authority to manage a resource.
  • OAuth access tokens, refresh tokens, granted scopes, token expiry and connection status.

Publishing and analytics

  • Posts, captions, links, images, videos, documents, thumbnails and schedules.
  • Publication status, platform post IDs, moderation/status responses and API errors.
  • Engagement, reach, follower, video, Page, channel or profile analytics only where the user grants an approved permission and the platform provides the data.

3. How we collect data

  • Directly from you when you contact us, create or use a workspace, upload media, prepare content, or request support.
  • From connected platforms after you expressly authorize AI EVENT through the platform’s official authorization flow.
  • Automatically through standard application, server, authentication and security logs necessary to operate and protect the service.
  • From authorized administrators when an organization administrator configures users, teams, channels or permissions.

4. Why we process data

  • Authenticate users and connect accounts or business resources they are authorized to manage.
  • Create, upload, schedule, publish, edit or manage content requested by the user.
  • Retrieve permitted account/channel information and analytics needed for the requested service.
  • Maintain publishing history, troubleshoot failures, refresh authorizations and prevent duplicate or unauthorized actions.
  • Protect accounts, systems and users from abuse, fraud, unauthorized access and security threats.
  • Provide customer service and respond to enquiries.
  • Meet legal, regulatory, accounting and compliance obligations.

Where applicable, processing is based on consent, performance of a service requested by the user, legitimate operational/security interests, and/or legal obligations.

5. Social-media and content-platform integrations

AI EVENT may support integrations with current or future platforms. The exact data available depends on the platform, the products enabled for our developer application, and the permissions a user grants. We request only permissions required for enabled features.

TikTok
OAuth / LoginProfileVideoPublishing

When authorized, AI EVENT Social may access basic profile information, permitted profile statistics, video lists, upload media, create drafts or publish content using TikTok’s official APIs. We use this data only to provide the requested TikTok integration.

Meta platforms
FacebookInstagramThreads

Where approved, we may process authorized account/Page/profile identifiers, media, publishing permissions and permitted insights to manage content on resources the user is authorized to control.

Google platforms
Google Business ProfileYouTube

Where authorized, we may process Google account identity information needed for OAuth, Business Profile accounts/locations, YouTube channel information, media and publishing data using approved Google APIs and scopes.

LinkedIn
PersonalCompany Page

Where approved, we may process profile or organization identifiers, Page administration information, media, post data and permitted analytics required for authorized publishing and management.

X, Reddit and Pinterest

If enabled, we use each platform’s official developer access and authorization mechanisms to process only the account information, content, media and permissions required for the requested integration.

Telegram, Discord, Slack, Mastodon, Tumblr, WordPress and other supported services

Depending on the integration, we may process bot/workspace/channel/account identifiers, authorized content, media, posting targets and limited operational data necessary to perform user-requested actions.

Important: AI EVENT does not use connected social-platform data to build advertising profiles, sell user data, broker data, or infer sensitive personal traits. We do not request a platform password when an official token, OAuth, bot credential or platform-supported authorization method is available.

6. OAuth tokens and credentials

For platforms that support OAuth or comparable authorization, authorization occurs on the platform’s own domain. AI EVENT receives tokens or authorization credentials rather than the user’s platform password.

  • Tokens are used only to perform actions the user authorized.
  • Tokens are stored server-side and are not intentionally exposed in client-side interfaces or public pages.
  • We may refresh tokens where the platform permits this so scheduled or requested actions can continue.
  • Users may revoke platform access using the platform’s settings and may also disconnect the integration from AI EVENT Social.

7. When data may be shared

We do not sell or rent personal data. Data may be disclosed only where reasonably necessary to:

  • Send user-authorized requests to the connected social/content platform.
  • Use hosting, infrastructure, storage, security, email or technical service providers acting for AI EVENT.
  • Support professional advisers, auditors or contractors subject to appropriate obligations.
  • Comply with law, legal process, regulatory requirements, or protect users, AI EVENT and others from harm or abuse.
  • Complete a legitimate corporate transaction subject to applicable legal safeguards.

8. International processing

Some connected platforms or technology providers operate globally. Data may therefore be processed in countries other than Saudi Arabia. Where required, AI EVENT uses contractual, organizational and technical safeguards appropriate to the transfer and applicable law.

9. Data retention

We keep personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, to maintain the service, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, preserve security records, and satisfy legal obligations.

  • Connected-account credentials are retained only while needed to maintain an authorized integration or until revoked, disconnected, expired or otherwise no longer required.
  • Drafts, uploaded media, schedules and publishing records may remain in the workspace until deleted by an authorized user or removed under applicable retention practices.
  • Operational and security logs may be kept for a limited period appropriate to troubleshooting, security and compliance.
  • Data required by law, accounting rules, litigation holds or regulatory obligations may be retained for the legally required period.

10. Data deletion, revocation and disconnecting a platform

This section is also our public data-deletion instruction for connected social platforms.

  1. Disconnect the account: remove or disconnect the relevant channel/account from AI EVENT Social when that control is available.
  2. Revoke platform permission: users may also revoke AI EVENT’s authorization from the connected platform’s own Apps, Security, Business Integrations or Connected Apps settings.
  3. Request deletion from AI EVENT: email info@aievent.sa with the subject Data Deletion Request. Include the platform name and enough information for us to identify the relevant AI EVENT account or workspace. Do not send passwords or access tokens.
  4. Verification: we may ask for reasonable verification to protect the account from unauthorized deletion requests.
  5. Completion: after verification, AI EVENT will delete or anonymize personal data that is no longer required, subject to technical backups, security needs and legal retention obligations.

Disconnecting a platform stops future authorized API access after the applicable credentials are removed, revoked or expire. Content already published to a third-party platform may remain on that platform and is governed by the platform’s own deletion controls and retention rules.

11. Your privacy rights

Subject to applicable law, including the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law where applicable, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, information about, or deletion of your personal data, and to withdraw consent where processing depends on consent.

To exercise a privacy right, contact info@aievent.sa. We may verify identity and authority before acting on a request.

12. Security

AI EVENT uses reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal data. Measures may include encrypted transport (HTTPS/TLS), access controls, server-side credential handling, restricted administrative access, logging and monitoring, and security updates.

No system can guarantee absolute security. Users are responsible for protecting their AI EVENT and platform accounts, using appropriate authentication controls, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.

13. Cookies and website technologies

Our public website may use technically necessary storage or server mechanisms required to deliver pages, maintain security and prevent abuse. If we introduce non-essential analytics, advertising or similar tracking technologies that require consent, we will provide appropriate notice and controls where required.

14. Children

AI EVENT’s business services and AI EVENT Social are not directed to children. We do not knowingly seek to collect personal data from children through our social-media management service.

15. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our services, integrations, legal requirements or data practices change. The current version will always be published at https://aievent.sa/privacy-policy/ and the effective date above will be updated when material changes are made.
